- No physical items are shipped.
- Because our service is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense.
- Once your subscription is activated, it cannot be “returned” or “undone” in the same way as a physical product.
We may issue a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If you were unable to access the service due to an error on our end and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
.- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Accidental renewal: If you cancel within 24 hours of renewal and have not used the service during that period.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
